Hello to those out there who hear me!
I suppose there is a direct correlation between my cooking and my life. I haven't done much cooking since I have been commuting for nearly three hours a day to get to my job in the city. BUT! That is soon to change as I have accepted a new position closer to home and will now commute about 30 minutes a day. With that time I will be attacking one of my cookbooks (yet-to-be-determined) and aggressively improving my culinary finesse.
I am planning on taking classes this Spring but do not foresee any interference with my cooking fun. I want to tackle cakes and stews. Both good for these hearty winter times! We shall see what becomes of it!
Anyways. I will return to my cooking craftiness and be posting probably a summary of the few things I have made of interest over the last 6 months.
